Welcome Reception

A welcome reception will be held at the symposium site on June 24, 2013. Light drinks will be offered to the participants.

Crusing and Symposium Banquet

A free symposium excursion "Night cruise in the Yokohama Bay" is proposed to all symposium
attendees. Banquet will be served in the cruiser.

Date: June 27 (Thu), 2013

Time table for Cruising

 Reception: 17:00−17:40
 Boarding start: 17:45
 Departure: 18:00
 Return to port: 20:30

ATTENTION:

•The banquet cruiser departs at very fixed time (18:00), so please be punctual. We cannot wait for any late arrivers for any reasons.

•Please contact us by e-mail (lu2013@jsndi.or.jp) or at the reception desk if there is any accompanying person with you.

•All additional/revised information about the banquet cruise will be informed on the information board near the reception desk.

•The banquet cruise might be cancelled due to the bad weather. In case of cancellation, we will show the information on the information board near the reception desk by 14:00 on June 27. Please refrain from inquiry by the telephone and e−mail.

•Regarding the banquet cruise, no refunds will be made for any reasons.

•It is kindly noticed that the organizer and the promoter do not take any responsibility for any accident accountable for attendee during the cruise.
